Before Your Experience
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled bliss begins. This allows you to settle in without shortening your precious treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session to respect other guests’ schedules.
Guiding Your Experience:
We ask that you inform the spa staff and your therapist about any health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure, or recent injuries). This open conversation allows us to safely adjust your treatment and ensure your utmost comfort.
Valuables:
For your complete ease, we gently advise against wearing jewelry during your spa visit. While we strive to create a secure environment, Alanna Wellness & Spa cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items.
