Spa Etiquette & Family Guidance
To ensure a tranquil and harmonious experience for all guests, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines:
Peace & Respect:
Please keep voices soft, respecting everyone’s peace within our sanctuary. Kindness matters here, and we ask all guests to be mindful of those around them.
Electronic Devices:
Phones and devices should be silent or switched off, helping us maintain a tranquil space for all to enjoy.
Family Visits:
Children are welcome for their treatments when accompanied by parents.
Before Your Experience
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session begins. This allows you to settle in without shortening your precious treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session to respect other guests’ schedules.
Guiding Your Experience:
Please inform the spa staff and your therapist about any health conditions — such as pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure, or recent injuries. This open conversation allows us to safely adjust your treatment and ensure your utmost comfort.
Valuables:
For your complete ease, we gently advise against wearing jewelry during your spa visit. While we strive to create a secure environment, Alanna Wellness & Spa cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items.
Gifts:
Share the gift of serenity. Alanna Wellness & Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to treat someone special to a rejuvenating experience. Please speak with our friendly team for more details and to purchase.
Thermal Journey Attire:
For your comfort and to maintain the serenity of our shared spaces, appropriate swimwear is required when enjoying our Thermal Journey & Hydrotherapy facilities.
Changes & Cancellations:
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment. Changes made with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.
Refunds:
Our special treatment packages are thoughtfully created for your wellness journey and are non-refundable. Unused portions of packages cannot be carried over to another date or exchanged for alternative services.
